When you make a one-time or recurring donation to South Camden Theatre Company, you’ll be helping to support our work here in Camden, New Jersey. Your contribution supports our craft, producing four shows each season. Your gift also helps us keep the beautiful Waterfront South Theatre, which was gifted to us by the Heart of Camden and the Domenica Foundation in 2010, in great condition.

Your gift also helps to provide movies and children’s theater for young people from across Camden City, a new play reading series to help playwrights from around the area develop their work, and music or comedy events throughout the season.

We rely on ticket sales to help us maintain the beautiful Waterfront South Theatre and to pay our directors, actors, and creative talent a small stipend. However, ticket sales only cover about 50% of our total expenses. Your one-time or monthly donation will help us continue to meet the demands of producing professional, quality theatre for you and your neighbors and to thrive and grow.

Your gift will be acknowledged via mail and noted in our show program and on our new digital display in our lobby.

We will make every effort to apply your donation to your specified area. Please know that we sometimes need donations to cover expenses incurred in running the theatre.

We also accept matching gifts. 

Many employers will match your donations to non-profit corporations, and we will happily provide you with the necessary documentation upon request. We currently have matching donations from anyone employed by American Express, Exxon Mobil, and Subaru Corporation.
